Leigh-Anne is a Registered Provisional Psychologist who has experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults in the areas of mental health, social skills, and neurodevelopment. She has a Master of Counselling degree and is experienced in evidence-based treatment, counseling, support, and assessment in school, private, and public settings.
Leigh-Anne has provided child-centered family interventions, and child, adolescent, and young adult counselling to address areas such as anxiety, emotional regulation, ADHD, social skills, and self-esteem. She also has experience providing reading, writing, and executive-functioning interventions for children diagnosed with learning disabilities, learning disorders, and ADHD.
Leigh-Anne draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioural, narrative, behavioural, solution-focused, and mindfulness. Additionally, she incorporates art therapy and play therapy techniques into her practice to help children express themselves and learn new skills. Leigh-Anne has experience in psychoeducational assessment, including cognitive, academic, and behavioural areas.
