ess is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. She is a multifaceted and compassionate practitioner who is passionate about supporting people in reaching their fullest potential. Tess draws on evidence-based, best-practice therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Attachment-Based Therapy, to help clients create impactful, meaningful change.
She works with men, women, teenagers, couples, and families to cultivate deeper self-awareness, self-compassion, and more authentic connections with themselves and others.
Tess specializes in supporting people through major life transitions, personal growth, and the journey toward self-love and acceptance. She has a particular interest in working with those who have experienced trauma, are navigating relationship challenges, are healing through postpartum struggles, or are addressing body image concerns. Tess also supports families going through separation or divorce with the goal of minimizing impact on children and fostering resilience.
