At The Family Psychology Place, we understand that accessing mental health care can involve financial considerations. To support our clients, we offer clear fee information, direct billing options, and guidance on alternate funding and financial programs. Our team is here to help you navigate available resources and make the process easier.
The Family Psychology Place Fee Information, Direct Billing, Alternate Sources of Funding and Programs Available
Fee Information:
- Our fee is $250 per hour.
- Fees are payable by email transfer, debit card, or credit card.
- Cancellation policy: Please provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change an appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a fee.
Direct Billing:
The Family Psychology Place may be able to offer direct billing through certain insurance companies. If direct billing is not available, you may submit your receipts to your health benefits plan for reimbursement. Psychologist fees are also recognized as a valid medical expense for income tax purposes.

Our administrative staff can confirm eligibility and help facilitate access to FSCD or other programs when needed.
