ydia is a Registered Psychologist who has been practicing since 2010. She obtained her undergraduate degree in psychology and then completed her Masters in Child and Applied Psychology at the University of Calgary. Lydia has had the opportunity to work with diverse populations, providing assessment and diagnosis, interventions for social and emotional difficulties, education for parents and supervision of students at the University of Calgary

Her areas of expertise are trauma, 
learning disabilitiesADHD, anxiety and depression, behavioural difficulties and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder.

Lydia’s approach is gentle, accepting, non-judgemental, and down to earth.

She approaches her clients in a holistic, client centered and strengths oriented manner. She takes into account the individual’s environment, social and economical circumstances, history, unique experiences, and individual factors in order to fully understand her clients and their unique profiles.

It is Lydia’s hope that, through assessment and consultation, she can provide education, strategies, an understanding of strengths, and increase access to resources for her clients and their families.

Lydia is now accepting clients who are interested in Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAT). She will assist you in learning more about KAT and help you explore if this treatment would be an appropriate fit for you.
