From Okotoks, Alberta, Sarah brings over a decade of experience in areas such as school administration, oil and gas management, small business operations, and academia to her role as a Registered Psychologist.

She holds an MBA from the University of Calgary's Haskayne School of Business and a Master of Arts in Psychology with a Clinical emphasis from Fielding Graduate University. She is nearing completion of her PhD in Psychology with a Clinical emphasis.

Specializing in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, Sarah particularly enjoys working with children and adults with ADHD, OCD, behavioural issues, and eating-related concerns. Sarah is also a recognized parenting expert, and she integrates her distinctive educational background in childhood adversity with clinical experience and her personal parenting experience to provide evidence-based and realistic parenting interventions and coaching.

Trained in psychodynamic approaches, Sarah also incorporates therapeutic techniques from various disciplines, such as cognitive-behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, transference-based therapy, values-based therapy, and family dynamics/interpersonal patterns relation therapy. Her integrative, attachment-based approach ensures a customized and effective experience for each client.
