lisha is a Registered Psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and behavioural challenges. She has a particular interest in women’s mental health, including relationships, attention and executive functioning, sleep, and perinatal and postpartum experiences. She also supports women through significant life transitions such as loss, identity shifts, and relationship challenges. In addition, she works with men navigating stress, trauma, depression, challenges with boundaries, and relationship difficulties.

Alisha takes a warm, client-centered, and collaborative approach to therapy. She believes that meaningful change begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported. She strives to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients of all ages can explore their thoughts and experiences. When working with children, she uses developmentally appropriate strategies and collaborates closely with families when needed.

Her approach integrates evidence-based techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, while remaining flexible to meet each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. Alisha is passionate about helping individuals build insight, develop practical coping skills, and move toward greater balance and well-being.

Outside of her practice, Alisha enjoys traveling with her family, exploring parks with her dogs, playing golf, and skiing in the backcountry.
