lisha is a Registered Psychologist who works with both children and adults. She believes that genuine human connection is central to meaningful therapeutic change and views the therapeutic relationship as the foundation of effective counselling. Alisha strives to create a safe and supportive space where individuals feel comfortable exploring their experiences and working toward growth and healing.
When working with children, Alisha values partnering closely with parents and caregivers, recognizing the important role families play in supporting a child’s emotional wellbeing and development. She aims to create an environment where both children and adults feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
Alisha supports children and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, and behavioural challenges. She draws on evidence-based approaches and takes a collaborative, individualized approach to therapy, tailoring her work to each client’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals. With warmth, curiosity, and compassion, she supports clients in building insight, strengthening coping skills, and navigating life’s challenges with resilience and authenticity.
Outside of her professional work, Alisha enjoys travelling with her family, exploring the mountains with her dogs, playing golf, and backcountry skiing.
