Jay is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with a Master of Science degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Calgary. He has experience working with diverse populations in both educational and community-based settings. 

In therapy, Jay draws from Narrative, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Solution-Focused frameworks.  His individualized and client-centered approach allows his clients the opportunity to receive support and insight while maintaining ownership of their own unique change process.

Jay has experience providing counselling services to children, adolescents, adults, parents, and families with a variety of presenting concerns (ADHD, LD, ASD, anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, relationship conflict, communication issues, and life transitions).  Jay is an adventurous and outgoing individual with a passion for helping others overcome challenges and affect change in their lives.
