ay is a Registered Psychologist in Alberta with a Master of Science in Counselling Psychology from the University of Calgary. He has experience working with diverse populations across educational and community-based settings, supporting clients through a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and relational concerns.
Jay provides individual therapy for all ages, drawing from Narrative, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Solution-Focused approaches. His work is collaborative, practical, and insight-oriented, with a focus on helping clients develop effective strategies while maintaining a strong sense of ownership over their change process.
In addition to his individual work, Jay has experience supporting clients in couples therapy and parent-focused interventions. He helps individuals and partners improve communication, navigate conflict, and strengthen relationships, while also working with parents to build effective, developmentally informed strategies at home.
Jay’s areas of focus include ADHD, learning differences, ASD, anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, and life transitions. He has also completed recent training in the clinical understanding and treatment of Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), supporting clients managing the psychological and functional impacts of chronic health conditions.
