Caley is a Registered Provisional Psychologist who holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and an undergraduate degree in Community Rehabilitation and Disability Studies from the University of Calgary.

Specializing in supporting children, teens, young adults and their families with disabilities and mental health topics such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD), autism, learning disabilities, anxiety, and depression. Caley also focuses on brain injury recovery and helping youth navigate the aftermath of traumatic events. Caley uses an evidence-based approach in her sessions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy.

With her background in providing physical support to youth with traumatic brain injuries, Caley has developed a comprehensive understanding of disability support, community resources, and rehabilitation methods.

Caley tailors each session to the client’s specific needs, creating an environment where they feel seen, supported, and empowered to reach their goals. Her experience working in diverse settings allows for creative and collaborative problem-solving.

She is committed to fostering resilience and well-being in everyone, respecting their journey and advocating for their strengths. Above all, Caley strives to make therapy fun! 

In her free time, Caley enjoys pottery to keep her grounded and rock climbing to do the opposite.
