Hailing from Okotoks, Alberta, Sarah brings over a decade of experience in areas such as school administration, oil & gas management, to her current role as Registered Provisional Psychologist. Holding an MBA from the University of Calgary's Haskayne School of Business, a Master of Arts in Psychology from Fielding Graduate University, and nearing completion of her PhD in Psychology with a Clinical emphasis, Sarah is a student of the world and hopes to aid others in finding their passion.

Specializing in Psychological assessment and treatment, Sarah has a keen interest in working with both children and adults dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and eating-related concerns. Beyond he academic achievements, she is a recognized parenting expert, blending her distinctive educational background in childhood adversity with personal parenting experiences to offer evidence-based parenting interventions and coaching.

Sarah find fulfillment in assisting adults grappling with body-image and weight-related issues. With a psychodynamic approach, she seamlessly integrates therapeutic techniques from various disciplines, such as cognitive-behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, transference-based therapy, values-based therapy, and family dynamics/interpersonal patterns relation therapy. This eclectic blend ensures a customized and effective approach for each individual client.
